Time Racing in the 1920s
This set of questions will teach you about the then new technologies of the 1920s. Upon completion of the questions you are to pick one of the fields of technologies and do some in depth research in that field of 1920 technology. After the research, put your new knowledge to work by creating an oral presentation for your class.
Overview
The technological records of the 1920s have been stolen by the infamous Time Rippers, an elite brotherhood of former government agents. If these records are not returned soon the world will step backward in technological gains. You are part of the Technological Records Bureau and have been called upon to rescue these important items in their respective areas in the 1920s. You will be sent back into the 1920s via the chronological transporter, the X-112.
Mission Objectives:
Primary: Complete the questions using the resources at the bottom of this document. Answer in complete sentences. Use correct grammar and spelling.
Secondary: Create an oral presentation to show your knowledge of one of the listed fields of technology. This presentation will stop the Time Rippers from stealing the technologies of the 1920s ever again.
Both mission objectives must be completed for the mission to be considered a success.

Your performance will be gauged on how well you can answer the questions and your oral presentation on one field of the new technology of the 1920s. Upon evaluation by the Technological Records Bureau Command you will receive the results of your evaluation.
The information you will gather from this rescue mission will stop the Time Rippers plot of sending all the nations of the world back into the Stone Age.
